成立於1987年的卡利薩爾酒莊Bodega Dehesa del Carrizal），坐落於近西班牙首都馬德里（Madrid）托雷多古城（Toledo）西南的Cabañeros國家公園。 卡利薩爾是最早開拓托雷多山麓、栽種葡萄藤的先驅，也是最早獲得「單一酒莊法定產區」（Vino de Pago）的六間酒莊之一，截至2012年，也只有15間酒莊有這個榮幸。
